USER AGREEMENT

This agreement contains the terms and purchasing policies of our website www.blackiswhite.ca between you (“Customer” and / or the individuals you represent) and Oral Science Inc.
Please read the terms and conditions: they contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as the limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.
By placing an order, you signify that you have read and understood this agreement and that you have accepted the terms that it implies and the policies that legally bind you to it, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

ORDERS

Online Orders
You can order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ordering online is free, easy and convenient. When you have decided on the product (s), simply click on the “Add to Cart” button. When you have completed your purchases, fill in your billing address and shipping address, and then submit your order. Although you can order 24/7, we deliver only on business days. Please note that delivery times may vary by destination – you will receive a tracking number for your delivery when your order is sent.

Purchases made by minors
Our policy is not to sell to minors. If you are below the legal age of majority and wish to make a purchase in our online store, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase for you.

Payment methods
You can pay with VISA or MASTERCARD.

Prices
All prices and amounts displayed on our website are in Canadian funds.

Taxes
The taxes in your province of residence will apply to your purchase.

Billing and Delivery Outside of Canada
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver or bill to an address outside of Canada at this time. If you require a copy of your invoice by email, please send us an inquiry to service@oralscience.com.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We try to deliver as quickly as possible (no more than a few days), but if we experience a high volume of orders or a break in inventory, the delivery could be longer. Orders placed on non-working days (weekends or statutory holidays) will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Fees
Regular delivery is free for orders over $ 35 (product costs before taxes and shipping fees). For orders totaling less than $ 35, fees for regular delivery are $ 10. We do not ship internationally.

Orders delivered to the wrong address
If your order is returned to us because the address you gave us is not correct, we will contact you to obtain the new address. We will then ask that you pay the full cost of delivery to return the products. Thanks for your understanding.

Items out of temporary inventory
If a selected item is temporarily out of stock, you will be informed by email and we will tell you the estimated delivery date. Out of stock items are delivered as soon as they become available. If for any reason you wish to cancel a product out of inventory, contact us by email at service@oralscience.com.

Receipt of the goods by the customer
Please inspect the items when they are received. Damaged or missing items should be reported to Oral Science Inc. immediately. All items kept longer than 30 days can not be returned.

Returns
You can return any items you purchase from Oral Science Inc. and get a full refund within 30 days of receipt. The items must be in their original condition, including the material, paper documents and instructions in their original packaging. Items that have been used or damaged can not be returned. Please note that delivery costs are not refundable, except if we sent you the wrong products.

How to return an item
First, inform us by email of your intention to return an item. Include the name, the number of your order and the details of the order. We will then provide you with the instructions to return the product. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer, except if we made a mistake with your order. Keep the delivery number for your records and send it to us by email. The customer is responsible for the loss and damage that may have occurred during the return delivery. For your protection, you may consider purchasing insurance for the value of returned items.
We will notify you by email of your refund when we have received and processed the returned items.

Refund Method
Once we receive the product and indicate that it meets our terms and conditions, we will refund you. If you have purchased by credit card, your card will be credited with the full applicable amount.

Product Details
